Will Prince Harry, Meghan reunite with Royals this Christmas? Report says…

Speculation about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reuniting with the Royal family has persisted throughout the year. With Christmas just months away, many expected the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to receive an invite from Buckingham Palace for the family celebrations.
However, according to a report in The Post, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are likely to celebrate this year’s Christmas with their kids at their Montecito mansion.
The New York Post, citing Closer, said the couple and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, will celebrate the festival with Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland.
The report confirms that the Sussexes will remain in the US to ring in the holiday season, ruling out any chance of a reunion with the Royals, at least on December 25.
Harry and Meghan plan to keep the festivities simple, celebrating Christmas at their home, reported The New York Post, citing a source. The couple will make their at-home celebrations extra special for their kids with lavish decorations and a party. The kids will also get to celebrate the festival with their maternal grandmother, Doria.
“Meghan’s mom Doria will join them at home in Montecito, and they’ll ensure the children have a joyful day, despite not being around extended family,” the New York Post quoted an insider.
The strained relationship between Prince Harry and his brother, Prince William, shows no sign of easing, despite their father, King Charles’ repeated efforts to mediate.
According to media reports, Prince Harry is open to reconciliation and returning to his family, but only if Meghan’s demands are met. Meghan wants an apology from Prince William and Kate Middleton. For now, Prince William is in no mood to welcome his younger brother back into the family fold, according to reports.
Harry and Meghan haven’t returned to Harry’s home since the royal family’s 2018 gathering at Sandringham.
According to the New York Post report, the couple hasn’t received a Christmas invitation to join the Royals this year but has been invited to the festive celebration at Althorp House — the childhood home of his late mother, Princess Diana. Security concerns, however, make it unlikely they’ll make the trip.
