1969 Pontiac Bonneville Rear Chrome Bumper Good Core for Rechroming

Description

There is a marking in yellow "8/25/70"
on the inside of the bumper which might indicate when it was rechromed. I am not sure why a 1 year old bumper might be rechromed. Measures approximately 75" long. Unfortunately, the bumper was in my garage for over 20 years and has pitting on the chrome throughout, peeling chrome, imperfections and other signs of being stored in damp conditions. It does look straight to me. I think it would be a good candidate for rechroming. The i
