Shipping:
Our shipping charge also includes a nominal handling fee, which helps us cover the cost of tape, packaging and the gas to drive to the post office. We normally ship Mondays through Friday, although Saturday shipping is also available upon request. We use USPS exclusively. If you want us to use another carrier, please email us ahead of time to make arrangements.

Returns:
Navigation discs are considered to be software, and as such can be easily duplicated using a personal computer. For this reason, we do not refund navigation purchases. We will however accept returns for non-working discs or non-compatible discs, in trade for a like-kind exchange or store credit for other merchandise. If you receive your disc and find a problem with it, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and please return the disc as soon as possible, for an exchange. Return shipping will be at buyer’s expense.
