    OFFERED ... a vintage hallmarked "Oneida Community ... Par Plate" commemorative spoon with an embossed bust of Ramon Novarro, a silent film star.  Decorated with ornate raised design on front and back of handle.  The name "RAMON NOVARRO" is printed under the bust, and his cursive signature is embossed along the handle.  It measures 6" in length; 1 1/4" in width.  Very good pre-owned condition with minor scratches commensurate with age and use.
