These cast iron replica handcuffs are just like the shackles used on criminals and scallywags back in the 18th and 19th centuries! The cuffs have a turnkey that works on both shackles, both locking and unlocking the cuffs. Welden chain links and a cast iron swivel link the cuffs together.
