Antique/Vintage Wrought Iron Handcuffs Restraints Leg Irons w/Chain Reeder #5

Up for sale is this Vintage/Antique set of handcuffs or leg irons. I am no expert when it comes to this item so I will describe it the best I can, but please view the photos for a better look at the item. The handcuffs seem to be made of a heavy wrought iron. They are connected by three sets of chain in the middle. They measure 16” long by 3” wide. I see no markings as to who made them but there is a little paper that is taped to the side of them that says Reeder #5. I do not have the key for the handcuffs. The round part where the key would go looks like one of the handcuffs might be missing a small piece in it? (please view the photo). They iron does have minor rust and patina from age although I do not know the exact age. These are a really neat set of handcuffs or leg irons I picked up that would be a great conversation piece.
