This item doesn't include a gift box, scroll only.

Each scroll may contain imperfections such as small dots, minor ink residuals, wrinkles, the mounting edges may not be perfectly even.
The actual color will not be exactly as shown on the photos as there are always some differences with the camera used to take the photos and your screen.  Also, each scroll may be slightly different even though they are the painted by the same artist and made by the same scroll mounting person. If you can not accept these terms, please Do Not Buy.
Payment:
Payment is due on the same day for Buy It Now items, for Bid Items is within 24 hrs after the auction ends. All non-paid buyers will be reported to eBay and items will be re-listed.
If you want to cancel an order before I ship, a transaction fee will be charged. This fee is
non-refundable
, it is equal to the non-refundable transaction fee Paypal charges the me, the seller.
Order can't be cancelled once it is shipped.
Returns:
No returns.
Shipping:
If you provide a P.O Box, you need to make sure it is secure for delivery. If not secure for delivery, you must provide a deliverable physical address.
I ship within 3 business days.  If item is delivered to your location by the shipping carrier but you did not receive the item, you will have to file a claim to the shipping carrier.
Therefore you should have someone to be at your delivery location to receive the item even if no signature is required for delivery.
If your delivery location is limited access such as by appointment only, you will need to contact me before buying to see how much extra the shipping carrier will charge.
Currently I ship to valid USA address only.  In the future I will ship to Canada, there will be extra shipping & handling charges plus customs.
