In order to obtain a map update for your Lexus you have to prepare a minimally 16GB USB stick.
A flash drive needs to be formatted in Fat 32 necessarily on a Windows PC.
Necessarily:
Download the update (I'll send you the link) and extract the data (according to instruction manual).
Need the photo of your device ID

If the request is not online the process may take several hours.

Press the "MENU" button on the controller.
Select the "Setup" icon on the screen.
Scroll down and select the "Navigation" option on the screen.
Scroll down and select the "Map data" option on the screen.
Take a photo so that the ID would be visible and send me (an example in the last photo above).
Next you’ll have to insert the flash drive into your car’s USB port and enter activation/update code, go through all the steps at display and wait till the update is finished!

With this online update you don't need wait a parcel for a long time.

Do not interrupt the update process
or turn off the power of the car / radiounit!

* Update code is 100% suitable for your car. But if for some reason it didn’t come up or you think that it will be possible to cheat and open a dispute by showing a photo, with a technical support error - this will not be taken into consideration.
Only the captured video is taken in one double, starting from the menu with information where your ID code is displayed and showing how you enter the code and an error occurs.
The code is made exclusively for your car and will not work with another car - be careful!
