Intertek
Intertek is an independent third-party company that certifies sustainable products. The Mojito Bio has been certified by Intertek to be 100% biodegradable, with testing showing 85% degradation in landfill after just 450 days.

PRESA
PRESA is SCARPA's proprietary outsole brand, born out of 80+ years of technical outsole design experience, to deliver the best traction solutions available. IKS technology features seven internal impact absorption "domes" in the outsole and midsole that function just like shock absorbers, compressing upon impact to absorb energy. The impact zones are anatomically mapped to provide additional shock exactly where it is needed the most, while maintained stability outside those zones. The midsole material itself is dual-density EVA, providing additional lightweight shock absorption. Incorporated into the midsole is a Dynamic Stabilizer Torsion frame made of TPU (thermoplastic urethane). The DST frame wraps under the arch and extends back along both sides of the heel, for outstanding rearfoot stability and torsion control. The lug design of the outsole provides confidence-inspiring traction via 4mm deep lugs and SuperGum rubber compound, which balances high friction with durability.
Vegan
This SCARPA Vegan symbol and designation is given to products that do not contain any materials sourced from animals or that utilize any kind of animal testing. All of the materials sourced for these Vegan products utilize fully synthetic materials with no components coming from animals, including the glues used in soling.

Paypal is our only method of payment. When you are using Paypal, you must go through our secure verification system, for which you will have to supply a verified shipping address with a matching telephone number.
Items can be returned within 30 Days of purchase, and must be returned in original packaging, pending a return authorization.
Shipping
Most purchases are shipped 1 day after payment.
We will not ship outside of the USA.
We supply tracking information 24 hours after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please check your email and/or Ebay messages & make sure our email doesn't go into spam or junk.
No store pick-ups for Ebay items.
We will not mark any package as a gift.

Tracking
There is no need to email us for tracking info. You will get that automatically.
Returns
We think you'll agree that Sunny Sports has the best return policy in the industry.
You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your credit card.
Then, we give another 90 days (120 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.
Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind.
You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.
Books, CD's, DVD's and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.
In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.
Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
