Vintage Souvenir Spoon Oval DELFT PORCELAIN Holland Windmill Silver Plate

This is a listing for a vintage 1980's Souvenir Spoon from HOLLAND.  The front depicts a Windmill in an oval elongated piece of DELFT Porcelain.  The back has no marking but based on tarnish I believe this to be silver plate.

This spoon is pre-owned with a stray mark here and there, there is a nick in the porcelain at the very top, but nice vintage condition overall. Approximate length is 5".
