Nice shape for a Daily driver or maybe show car in the East Coast where rust is a major problem and this would look much better. I did Not use Chrome polish, it would help bring it up a notch. Off an Arizona car that I had saved for 4 years for my station wagon but its for sale and mine had guards. If you are planning on having one replated, your chrome shop will love this bumper and probably discount the job since there are no areas of concern other then scratches. Back side has surface rust from being bare metal, to be expected. I have more photos I can email.
