John Goncz is a famous firearm manufacturer who also made his line of handcuffs for a short time.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff Department Jail Transportation Department contracted with his company to supply all of there cuffs and transport chains in the 1980's.  The Peruvian Police also had a contract for his items.
The cuff offered here is the very rare black finish model and is in new condition and was never used.
most of what Goncz made and sold was nickel plated and the black ones are rarest of the rare.
Goncz's guns are featured in almost all of the Swartzenegger movies.  The gun pictured is NOT included in this sale.
I bought up most of the remaining cuffs in 2011 when I met him.  I just found an extra pair so this is now offered here.
The cuff will come with a standard cuff key.
I met with Goncz a few times and found him to be quite entertaining.  Other have found him quite controversial and won't deal with him.  All I can say is that he is very smart and his inventions and work with LED lights and medical therapy is very remarkable.
The cut-a-way pic shows the interesting design where a swivel is not necessary and the cuff is much stronger and just as flexible as a swivel model.
